Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of all our products, we do not accept refunds for change of mind. However we will happily refund any items that may be flawed or damaged.

Please contact us before sending items back otherwise a refund will not be provided. All refunds must be communicated with us within 3 days of receiving and must be returned in original condition. You'll be responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. 

If the item you have received does not fit, please be aware that we will try our best to provide you with the correct size. However if your preferred size is sold out we will be happy to exchange  for another item or for a credit voucher equal to the value of the item.
